Yesterday I have been told by somebody that I am too wild so that's why I have no boyfriends. Flabbergasted and excited about this new aspect of me! If my dear friends will come to know this description , they may be overjoyed with tears. They will be goes like "huh , siew hui you wild de yi tian meh, ji shi?" (in chinese) .

Dianah called and wants to meet up with me today, She MIss Me Lots (so sweet) and i miss her too! Heard from her that , lots of our ex-sec school classmates although armed with a sellable diploma like CTP (sp). STILL NO REAL JOBS! They are too, doing jabalang jobs. I am not alone . MArket is that bad now. I pray for them too. I missed my sec school classmates suddenly. I want to see them how much look they have changed now and what are they doing ?

Drink more water. Many ppl automatically search for food when their stomach is emtry. "You may be think u are hungry,when u are actually dehydrated. Skipping sipping may actually makes u feel sluggish and headachy too. If u eat, u must be active, if not, don't eat too much. Still want to eat? Eat low calories foods. just dun reach the limit daily calories intake. If u are 135 pounds , u need 1755 calories (Listen up it is "calories" not Kcal), so it is about 1000 kilocalories per day for a person leading sedentary lifestyle. So ? How u actually gains weight?
To gain a pound, you have to eat 3,500 extra calories beyond what your body needs to function. To lose a pound, you have to burn 3,500 extra calories. (According from tips by denise Austin)To my experience, this usually takes a week to see result(weight gain or lost). The problem? It's a whole lot easier to eat calories than it is to burn them off! For example, it only takes minutes to munch a 240-calorie candy bar, but you'll have to walk two-and-one-half miles to burn it off! As you can see, it's really the combination of limiting your calorie intake and turning up your metabolism with exercise that's the key to a healthy weight.
Actually , u can't afford to eat junk food if u are a lazy person (I am referring to low metabolism person). And those ppl who will see the immediate effect on their face (pimples etc).

I give u some tips... Hungry? Drink PLAIN water, sick of it ? Go with watever tea (tea have 0 calories) or add some lemon juice (from fresh fruits ok?). I need 3 litres of water per day actually(i tried) . Give u immediate result on yr face and on your appeitite and yr energy.
Still hungry? Before that snack , think of that WHOLE DAY workout u have to cruelly undergo. I bet u will yucks and run away from that evil snacks/junk foods.
But, this , although u follows, the weight losing is still damn slow. U got to Catalyse the programme...How? Do workout. Swimming ...basically , exercise. At least ones a week and u got to increase if u have time . Most important thing, u got to learn to fall in love with the workout and yr exercise regime to keep the passion going so that u will not give up after a while thinking that it's a chores. I have been going trial and errors and this is what I have found, getting a fit body, is a lifelong work. This lifelong work, it is and it will only support by loves and interests and determination.

Another thing. TRY NOT TO BELIEVE IN THOSE SHORT CUT SLIMMING. Yes, the advertisment is a GREAT GREAT GREAT influence to those inexperience and naive. It had actually influence our life without our notice. MEDIA IS EVIL , hupm... well, depends on how u think. In realistic, u pay big bucks to do yr watever shortcut slimming proving to be promising. u lose weight , oH so happy and what happen if u stop? u gain weight gain very soon (lets imagine that this fellow dun exercise and eat rite wisely otherwise this fellow will not go to the extreme of going to shortcuts rite?) and IS THIS VISCOUS CYCLE GOING TO HAPPENS AGAIN? What's more, shot-gun weight losing will definately lose yr health, gives u PERMANENT stretchmarks. U wan it? Now u judge. I felt that it is like a prison or a kind of controlling deal but one day he/she is going to drop this habit and choose living a healthy lifestyle instead (so y not living wiser now) .Slimming pills? Forget it. If it's altering the your metabolism, it will sure to gives u a downstream effect. In Biochemistry, I have learnt about the COMPLEXITY of altering one substance/protein/enzyme/whatever will lead to changes to many metabolism pathways of our human body. These biochemical pathways are linked to each other in some sort of another, and it is further complicated by our mastermind, our genes so that's why each individual is different, the outcome effects is different. Clinically Proven stated in the pill's bottle that "It is clinically Proven" , WHat a MisLEADING statement. Does they have any time machine that they can travel to the future and see the post research? If it is clinically proven , they are referring to a handful of individuals Currently.
Typing till here , that's a lot to say but since this is still a controverting subject. That's y you can try the shortcut but the responsibilty is yours. Thinking about the risk but the success is sweet. If that is going to make u happy, what u got to lose?

Btw , i found out some forums where ppl gives their REAL LIFE views , pls dun ever trust salespeople (pls forgive them, for god sake forgive them because it's their job nature). If u really wan the truth, check out the forum or from your friends who have experience it. You will be horrific of wat the slimming centre do.
